Intermission

I have not abandoned my blog.

I promise.

I was on vacation with no internet access (that was free) for my laptop, so therefore NO updates.

And, even if there was internet access I was too exhausted from walking (what felt like) 50 miles a day, plus up and down 10 flights of stairs like a dozen times a day. O.k. it was 4 flights, but there were a lot of stairs in one flight. And it was more like two or three times a day.

But still....

I am also sorting through pictures and figuring out how I want to proceed.

One long blog? Or two short? Or perhaps 3? One for each day I took pictures and had adventures?

I also need a day or two to mourn the loss of my dog, Oscar...who has been by my side for 18 1/2 years. I cannot say anything about him without welling up and bursting into tears, so I'll hold off for now...because while I am a huge sap, I HATE to cry. I look really, really awful when I've been crying. I'm so thankful my husband loves me anyway (and that he needs glasses).

I'll return soon with something entertaining and brilliant.
Well....I'll be returning soon at least.
